Toby Kessler

Toby recently retired after working in the Aging Network for 25 years. During those years he served as the Chairman of the Board for a nonprofit senior program, Executive Director of a non-profit senior program in Colfax County, and Deputy Director of the Santa Fe County Senior Program. He also held several positions at the New Mexico Non-Metro Area Agency on Aging over the course of 8 years, and worked in the New Mexico Aging and Long-Term Services Department. Special assignments have included teaching caregivers for the Alzheimer’s Association, advocating at the State legislature for senior citizens, and setting up large vaccination clinics for senior citizens statewide.

Toby was the primary caregiver for a spouse, and the secondary caregiver for a parent suffering from dementia.

He brings his talent and extensive experience to the Life Circle Advisory Board.
